If you are unavailable when your package arrives, you may arrange for someone you trust, such as a neighbor, to receive the parcel on your behalf where permitted by the delivery service.

A complete physical delivery address should be provided at checkout. PO Box and FPO/APO addresses are not accepted if this restriction applies to your shipping service.

Delayed Deliveries & Product Issues

If your tracking information has not been updated or your order has not arrived, we recommend checking the tracking information first and then contacting us if the issue continues.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact the ComicCon Jackets support team within 7 days of delivery/shipping and provide the relevant order details and, where requested, photographs of the issue.
