Return & Refund Policy

At Comiccon Jackets, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it;
• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories; and
• Be accompanied by your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email support@comicconjackets.com before sending the item. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send an item back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been completed. Comiccon Jackets cannot guarantee receipt of a return package sent without tracking.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@comicconjackets.com.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number;
• A clear description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

After reviewing the information, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it. Exchange requests are reviewed individually and, when approved, are processed after the original item has been received and inspected. Replacement sizes, colors, or products are subject to availability.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may need additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please email support@comicconjackets.com.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we may not accept items that:

• Have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use;
• Are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer alteration;
• Are missing original tags, packaging, or essential accessories;
• Are returned after the 30-day return period; or
• Are sent back without prior return authorization.

These restrictions do not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or any other rights available under applicable law.
