Shipping Policy

At Comic-con Jackets, we are committed to providing clear shipping information and reliable order updates. Please review the processing, delivery, tracking, and international-shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 4-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Many of our jackets and apparel items require careful preparation and quality inspection before dispatch.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery period begins only after your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may vary because of:

• Delivery destination and local carrier service;
• Weather conditions or natural events;
• Public holidays and high shipping volumes;
• Customs inspections or import processing;
• Carrier delays or service disruptions; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another reliable carrier selected according to the destination, package size, and available service. Carrier selection may vary by order and destination.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders to destinations we currently serve. No standard shipping charges will be added at checkout, regardless of the package weight or order value.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking record after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated after a reasonable period, email support@comicconjackets.com with your order number.

6. Shipping Address and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone number, and email before submitting the order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact support@comicconjackets.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address. Once a package has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Comic-con Jackets is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, first check the tracking details and confirm that the delivery address is correct. You may also wish to check with household members, neighbors, a building reception area, or the local carrier office.

If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the available information and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the next steps.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
• Failure to collect or accept the package;
• Refused delivery;
• Unpaid import duties or customs charges; or
• Other carrier-related delivery issues.

If a package is returned because of information provided at checkout or because delivery was refused or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Any eligible refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Charges

International shipping availability will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for all eligible international orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities, are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout, and are the customer’s responsibility. Comic-con Jackets does not control customs charges or customs-processing times. Please contact your local customs authority for country-specific information before ordering.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability depends on the destination and the services offered by our carriers. Certain locations, including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote areas, or regions restricted by a carrier or applicable law, may be unavailable. The options displayed at checkout represent the destinations and services currently available for your order.
